These works will ensure the waterfront remains a vibrant location for everyone to enjoy as we strengthen our reputation as the Lifestyle Capital of Victoria. Works include:
New parking systemMaking your visit easy and safe The Frankston Arts Centre and Frankston Library have introduced a new automated parking system. The car park upgrade includes extra CCTV cameras, additional security, clearer signage and plans for extra spaces for bikes and motorbikes. Drivers obtain a ticket as they enter and can pay at the autopay station before collecting their vehicle. Library patrons have two hours complimentary parking available at the Library Service Desk. Sculptures set in stonePublic art to remain in Frankston CityFollowing a community consultation, council has purchased three of the Sculptures by the Sea pieces, with the remainder still on lease.
