Scale and adaption: the two sides of replicationMany social enterprises lack support in the crucial areas of adaption and scale, which take up a significant amount of time and resources and produce a heightened risk for impact investors. A major component is the Scale-Out Module, which focuses on expanding into new territories and will be implemented into our Global Social Benefit Institute (GSBI®) In-Residence accelerator. Sector-specific playbooks are also being developed for budding social entrepreneurs; the playbooks contain a concentrated wealth of information about the best business practices of tried-and-true social enterprises.
