Please join us at Culina Restaurant Mill Creek for our annual Harvest Wine Dinner featuring food from our dearest local producers.

Chef de Cuisine Christine Sandford and BiBO sommelier Dianna Funnell have created a lovely, five-course dinner with paired wines:

First:
Fried oyster and ceviche white fish in half shell w. lemongrass butter emulsion.

Paired w. 2009 Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Second:
Cherrywood & tarragon smoked pork tenderloin w. candied apple crumble.

Paired w. Carneros Sonoma County Chardonnay

Third:
House-made rabbit sausage, roasted plum, pickled golden raisins, & mustard.

Paired w. 2008 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth:
Creamy Semolina croquettes w. spicy lamb bolognese & lemon confit.

Paired w. 2010 California Field Blend

Fifth:
Roasted peach cheese w. sweet roasted peaches, roasted hazelnuts, & warm honey drizzle.

Paired w. 2009 Clarksburg Albarino

We are now accepting reservations for two consecutive nights (October 23 and 24th); tickets are $95 each and include gratuity and tax. Dinner starts at 6pm sharp with communal-style seating.
