The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to formally conclude the current financial year reporting and to elect a National Management Committee for 2020-2021. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to challenge the conventional socio-economic foundations of our communities and is unleashing powerful structural forces that will shape household and business and government behaviour. Richard Gibbs will provide a perspective on the type and magnitude of changes that are now occurring across Australian communities and regions. Richard will offer some insights into how market and social research leaders will need to adapt to this changing environment to appropriately understand the implications of behavioural changes for consumers, businesses and governments.
