Welcome to the June Edition of SPARK

The recently published economic forecasts by the British Chambers of Commerce and the British Business Bank give reason for optimism and confidence in a strong economic rebound of the UK economy in 2021. Details on this are covered further below in an article by the British Chambers of Commerce.

This edition of SPARK features exciting news from the 5PRING programme and the 5G Smart Cities challenge delivered by Wayra. We also cover a breadth of regional business community updates, an overview of workshops from our Business Ready programme as well as other local events. Further we explore the University of Warwick’s commitment to e-sports in the region and an overview of selected support programmes.
