Yesterday Javier and Antonio Hernandez were arrested as they visited the place they called home no more than a month ago.
After Bank of America evicted them just 2 DAYS after Christmas, the Hernandez's family home has had a heavy police force on standby to return to the home whenever they are called out by security guards that have been posted up outside the vacant home 24/7 since the eviction.
Antonio Hernandez has been bailed out however Javier still remains captive behind bars tonight with a $50,000 bail.
They are holding him for "bad mouthing" police and threatening a peace officer.
