May at Cove Park

This month sees the launch of our 2018 Summer programme and we look forward to welcoming everyone taking part this year.

The artists arriving in May are: Jamie Crewe, Graham Paul Donovan,
Caroline Douglas, Scarlett Cohen French, Lotte Gertz, Amang Hung,
David Sherry and Emer Tumilty. These artists are taking part in a programme that encompasses crafts, design, film and moving image, literature and visual art.

In partnership with Playwrights' Studio Scotland we are delighted to welcome playwright, performer and artistic director of Terra Incognita Victoria Beesley and theatre artist, actor and performer Catriona Lexy-Campbell to Cove Park this month.

The Cowal Residency Programme continues in May, providing residencies for artists based in this area of Argyll & Bute; specialising in fine art textiles, Sandi Kiehlman will be based at Cove Park in the latter part of May. Poet Helen Mort, winner of the 2017 Mslexia Prize for Poetry, also joins us this month on a residency created in partnership with Cove Park as part of the award.

You can read more about all the artists, their work, our supporters and full summer programme here.

We would like to keep in touch with all our former residents, friends and supporters and share news and information on Cove Park's residency and events programme. To continue to receive our monthly Newsletter, please resubscribe before 25 May 2018.
