2. Canada and the USA plan for possible ASF spread in North America

In the event that African Swine Fever (ASF) is detected among feral swine in either Canada or the U.S. before any outbreaks are confirmed in domestic hogs, a plan has been launched to maintain bilateral trade.

3. Salmonella outbreak in Norway linked to imported meat

The source of a Salmonella outbreak in Norway has been traced to meat from Germany. The batch of meat has since been withdrawn from the market.

8. Outbreaks steady in England, as Listeria infections fall
