Play golf. Think golf. Mean business.

If the saying is true, great business is often accomplished on the golf course, then Play with the Presidents must be the equivalent of a dozen rounds of golf.

Where else could you find top CEO’s and presidents from Calgary’s most respected companies together, trading mulligans and business tips, teeing off at one our cities most picturesque (and private) golf courses – Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club?

Understanding Facebook's new brand timelines

Facebook has officially announced Timeline for brand pages after dangling the carrot in front of page admins for some time now. The pages will be pushed live to everyone on March 30, but for now, you have some time to preview the new look and review your page before the changes take effect.

Here are some ways that businesses can prepare for Timeline without throwing away everything we’ve come to learn and love about brand pages thus far.

Tell the world about your business

We’re looking to hear from you – our members – to find out what you do and how the Calgary Chamber has helped you grow and succeed as a business. These short stories can include everything from how a Chamber connection provided you with the business intelligence needed to overcome a problem, to how a Chamber event helped you connect with a new customer that’s benefited your business.

If you’ve got a good story to share, please contact Jesse Semko at jsemko@calgarychamber.com. This information may be featured on the front page of our newly designed website – which we are now in the process of designing – or some of our other marketing materials scheduled to come out later this year.
