Product Feature: MK-CMA - Continuous Motion Autoload Cartoner
For this application, the MK-CMA cartoned bottles at over 100 cpm. The system featured fast change over capabilities, including servo change over length adjustment. The MK-CMA utilizes servo-driven timing screws to gently place the product into the cartoner's bucket conveyor. The cartoner is also designed for the pharma industry, as it comes ready with OCR cameras, bar code readers, and integrated printers. The high-speed cartoner also features tuck and glue closure on the same machine. The change over from glue to tuck and vice versa requires only a few change parts. The system comes standard with an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC and PanelView 1000 HMI screen.

The MK-RAB provides compact carton erecting for your packaging line. The system uses a reciprocating carton feeder that opens auto-bottom cartons with ease. The MK-RAB small footprint allows the unit to be placed on casters allowing for portability. The system utilizes scales and gauges to change over to different sizes fast and efficiently. Furthermore, the system comes complete with updated safety standards for safe operation. The MK-RAB features an Allen Bradley MicroLogix Controller and a Festo pneumatic system.

Check out the live demo for the HD-LSP. This cartoner was shown at Pack Expo Connects as a live demo. The system handled small packets at over 300 ppm. The HD-LSP can load product either lying flat or on-edge. Also, the system features servo-driven change over for length adjustment and kicker blades. A heavy-duty frame allows this cartoner to run 24/7 production. An engineered designed magazine will enable operators to easily load products both ergonomically and safely.
