Click here NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission I am writing to let you know that from 1 December 2020, the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission will begin operating in Western Australia. The Commission is an independent agency that regulates the NDIS market and handles complaints about the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. What does that mean for you?The Commission will provide a nationally consistent approach under their NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework to support you to exercise choice and control. As well as overseeing appropriate safeguards to ensure providers deliver high quality supports and services. From 1 December, Ability Centre will have to report all incidents or complaints to the NDIS Commission.
