Videogames Might Impact Men's Sexual Health

Men, before you start another game of Halo, you might want to consider your sexual health for a moment.

In a recent Journal of Sexual Medicine study, scientists compared several sexual health parameters of gamers and non-gamers.

Almost 400 men participated in the study.  Seventy-two percent of them played videogames for at least an hour a day ("gamers") and the rest played less than that ("non-gamers").

The researchers found some differences between the groups. For example, the non-gamers were more likely to have premature ejaculation (PE) and slightly higher levels of sexual desire when compared to the gamers.

Cancer Organizations Concerned About Healthcare

Last month, 33 cancer-related organizations joined together to support cancer patients and survivors who may be affected by U.S. healthcare legislation.

The groups acted in response to the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA) and its revised version released on July 13th.

The organizations are concerned that proposed cuts to Medicaid and limits on pre-existing conditions would make healthcare coverage out of reach for millions of Americans.
