22 June 2019 FREEMASONS FOUNDATION CENTRE FOR MEN'S HEALTH
Dear members, colleagues, and supporters of the Centre Last week (June10-16) was Men's Health Week, a week to have conversations and raise awareness about men's health. I thank the Advertiser for their contribution in this regard, with the tremendous coverage of men's health through their print and on-line Live Chat forum. During the week, the Centre was pleased to host the Australian Men's Health Forum's South Australian Men's Health Awards on June 13, at which the men's health report card for the State was released and community organisations across the sector working to advance male health were acknowledged. It was very fitting that during Men's Health Week our Florey Adelaide Male Ageing Study volunteers Peggy, Daina and John received the 2019 Premiers award for volunteering. We thank all of our volunteers for their dedication to, and support of, our research programs.
