Kia ora ,

You deserve a moment that is just for you. A pause to breathe, to be cared for, and to reconnect with the strength that’s still inside you.

This month, our free sessions offer a gentle space to come back to yourself, through calming breath, easy movement, and simple ways to feel more at ease in your own skin. Each one is here to help you find comfort, confidence, and a calm in the middle of it all.

We have also created a special session for carers, so the people who support you can feel supported too.

Wrap yourself in these moments. Let them remind you that even when cancer takes so much, you are Still Me.
