Product Feature: CE-GLT - Auto-Bottom Carton Erector, Loader, and Top Closer
 
This month's feature is on the CE-GLT. This cartoner features auto-bottom carton erecting, top loading, leaflet feeding and top sealing on one monobloc frame. For this application, the CE-GLT was designed to handle pads of product coming off an inclined conveyor. The CE-GLT is a fully servo driven machine and features an Allen Bradley PLC, Servo Motors, and Servo Drives. View here.
 
 
 
 
Product Feature: VC-VCA - Vertical Autoload Cartoner
 
This month's feature is on the VC-VCA - Vertical Autoload Cartoner. The VC-VCA was set up to run up to 720 products per minute. The unit featured a rotary feeder that would pick and top load product from four (4) magazines. A lowerator was used to ensure that the product was placed accurately in the carton. A specially designed platform was implemented so operators can accurately load product onto the four magazines. View here.
