COLLEGE NOTICES–––––– YEAR 7 2020 PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT –––––– Parents of Year 6 students are warmly invited to the transition to High School Information Evening on Thursday 7 November at 6.00pm in the Robson Auditorium. JUNIOR SCHOOL–––––– FROM THE DIRECTOR OF JUNIOR SCHOOL–––––– While on my recent period of leave, my family and I had the good fortune to spend a whole month in New York. It was a real blessing to be able to explore a new place together and share the excitement of all our discoveries. Of course, we did the obligatory touristy things like climbing the Empire State Building and visiting the Statue of Liberty, but oftentimes when we reflected on the day our highlights were very simple things. Things like having a picnic in Central Park, choosing a delicious mango from a street vendor, or having a game of ping pong in a park. This great world of ours is full of wonders, and to discover some of them with those we love is surely one of life’s pleasures and blessings. CO-CURRICULAR–––––– SENIOR SCHOOL
