Regent College Mosaic

Dear Alumni,

As a fellow alumnus, it’s a privilege to offer warm Christmas greetings from Regent College. I became Regent's new Academic Dean in August, and after twenty-five years away, it is wonderful to witness the richness and vibrancy of the Regent community in action, and to know that lives are being touched and transformed by the power of Gospel-rich theological education.

I hope you'll enjoy reading some of these stories below. We've also got a few free resources, including a gift just for alumni, and I hope that these will be an encouragement to you.

We are living in precarious times, and it is so good to be reminded again of the truth of Christ and of the Way that he offers to us in all the places that he puts us in the world. And at this time of year we come again to the profound reality that God has entered the human story —full of trouble and turmoil—in order to draw us into the divine story—full of grace and truth.

Wherever you find yourself this season, may He grant you his peace and deep joy this Christmas.

Warm regards,

Paul Spilsbury (MCS '90)
Academic Dean and Professor of New Testament
