THE CITY & THE BOOK
5D Institute and USC School of Cinematic Arts present a 5D|Flux
two-evening design summit
Sept 20th + 21st 7 - 10pm, with reception at 10pm

On September 20 + 21, 2012, in association with USC School of Cinematic Arts, the 5D Institute invites you to join in a dynamic discussion of the impetus to build tangible narrative worlds for interactive publishing, transmedia storytelling and virtual architecture - those spaces where ideas of text and place intersect to create vibrant cultures and transcendent new stories.

The City and The Book is a two-evening event with an interdisciplinary group of architects, designers, authors and world builders sharing innovative ideas about building the narrative of the city; the evolving, dynamic development of a multi-authored spatial story; the promise and excitement of a dynamic 'page' where reader becomes user, and the design and engineering of a new genus of disruptive storytelling.
