April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Wednesday, April 25 is Denim Day. Denim Day started in Italy 19 years ago after a woman's sexual assault case was overturned because the Supreme Court believed her tight jeans implied consent. Outraged by this decision, women in the parliament wore jeans to show solidarity for the victim. The Denim Day movement was born. Take part in making UCF black, gold-and denim.

Interim Associate Dean Dr. Enrique del Barco and his team are providing a workshop for those who missed the visit. The meeting will emphasis on the Pre- and Post-Award support services to be offered to faculty and the new proposal submission process, along with different deadlines and policies. Workshop will be held from 1 - 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, May 3 at the Dean's Office/ Large Conference Room (CSB-212).

The first Tech Fee Workshop will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24 in Technology Commons 1-201.
