Used Machine Update: Used MK-500 - Manual Load Cartoner
AFA has reconditioned one of its MK-500 - Manual Load Cartoners. The system features a reciprocating feeder for speeds up to 50 cpm. A used Nordson ProBlue system ensures consistent and reliable sealing. Also, a single manual load station with a cycle start provides a safe manual load area for operators. AFA supports all of its used machinery, and you will not be left with an unusable machine. We will ensure your used machinery will operate at a high-efficiency.
New Product Development: AF-APS - Automated Product Handling System for Corrugated Pallets
AFA Systems has developed a new automatic product handling system to build corrugated runners for pallets automatically. The system incorporates AFA's standard technology such as gantry robot pick and placement, automatic flat stack material magazines, and accurate glue application. The system can automatically produce four (4) corrugated runners per minute. Furthermore, the AF-APS features servo motors and drives on major actuated components. The system utilizes an Allen Bradley controls package and a robust frame for 24/7 operation.
