Public Place Recycling Roll Out - City of Gold Coast

The latest recycling bins were unveiled by City of Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate this month in Broadbeach, giving locals and visitors the choice of 14 new locations to recycle while on-the-go, stretching from Surf Parade along Victoria Avenue (Broadbeach Mall) to Kurrawa Surf Club.

This project aims to install 30 public place recycling bins in the top tourist destinations in the City of Gold Coast to promote away from home recycling, behaviour change, reduce street litter, waterway litter and increase recycling in time for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
