The KCO Event Office is pleased to announce the online registration system is now OPEN!

Thank you to the 29 churches that have pre-registered already. We are looking forward to a great 40th anniversary event.

Anyone attending the KCO event in any capacity is required to register via the online system.

Complete instructions are available:

• For Group Coordinators, this handbook provides information and registration procedures for Group Coordinators (prior to the opening of KCO pre-registration). *The KCO Event Office will also distribute a list of registered campers every Thursday AM to the Group Coordinator. 
• For parents/caregivers, a comprehensive information pack for KCO parents/caregivers. It is available to view or dowload on the KCO website. Parents/caregivers are also invited to read the information pack at the time of registration.
• Leaders/junior leaders have their own information pack. Leaders will also be invited to read their information pack at the beginning of the registration process.

Parents/caregivers are required to complete the registration for any campers or junior leaders under the age of 18.

There are two registration types:

• campers (which includes siblings) 
• leaders (which includes the church group coordinator, church group leader- adult, church group leader- junior, and event team members - both junior and adult). 

Throughout the registration process, you will be asked to indicate which church group you will join whilst attending KCO. You will also be asked which type of camper or leader you are registering.

Earlybird registration closes on Monday 12 February and ALL KCO registration closes on Monday 26 February, 2018.

The online registration process includes payment of the event fee by individuals in order to finalise registration. Churches who prefer to pay the event fee on an individual's behalf are invited to contact Narita to discuss possibilities. 

Bring a taste of KCO to your church this coming Sunday!

Marcus, our newest MC, has prepared a promo video for potential KCO campers!

Please use this during church notices to encourage campers to register and come along to KCO.

If you are emailing or sharing KCO information online, you can send both the promo video link and the KCO registration link to all of your families.

It will be available on the KCO website and KCO Facebook page on Friday 2 February. 

Don't forget about our small group leader training and Group Coordinator information day on 3 March at Uniting College, Lipsett Tce, Brooklyn Park. This is an excellent opportunity to run through the KCO program with the Event team, to clarify details about the event and ensure all small group leaders understand what will be happening at KCO. Group kits will also be available for collection.

There will be a morning session (9:30am-11:30pm) and the session will be repeated again in the afternoon (1:30pm- 3:30pm). We highly recommend all churches who intend bringing a group to KCO have at least one leader attend either session. Please RSVP attendance to kco@sa.uca.org.au

The forms Group Coordinators will need to bring to check-in at KCO are:

• Confirmation of registration of campers signed by their parents
• Confirmation of registration of leaders, signed by the leaders, themselves

All Group Coordinators and alternate church/organisation representatives who pre-registered will also receive an text message SMS and an email from the onine event system. These notifications will advise the opening of registrations. The KCO Office will only SMS you to let you know of important updates. 

If you received an SMS and would like to unsubscribe from updates, please contact the KCO Event Office. Please be aware that you cannot unsubscribe from updates during the KCO weekend.
