BP Gifts IRB to Ngāti Porou SLSC

Earlier in April, BP gifted a much needed IRB (inflatable rescue boat) worth $25,000 to Ngāti Porou SLSC who collectively patrol nearly 200km of the East Coast. This gesture went above and beyond BP's annual "Vote the Boat" campaign and partner agreement. Managing Director at BP Debi Boffa says, “40% of all rescues that Surf Lifesaving does every year use an IRB, so by giving them this IRB we can help support them, to support their community better." 51 years strong! Thanks BP! To read more, click here. To watch now, click here.
