This summer, we'd like to introduce you to our new HC65D-D flanged high-flow booster with an integrated counterbalance valve. It provides full by-pass flow up to pump pressure!

HC65D-D

The new HC65D-D provides full by-pass flow (80 LPM) up to the preset pump pressure (207 bar) in applications as the dual piston booster is activated and delivers up to 65 LPM high-pressure flow.

The booster has an integrated flange that makes mounting very easy. We’ve machined the integrated flange in the same piece of steel as the booster housing. As a result, the booster is so robust it can withstand even the more demanding heavy vibrating environments.
    

Micro tunnel boring

By boosting the available 200 to 350 bar hydraulic supply to 700 bar, you can reduce the steering cylinder size significant while maximizing  the service space inside the Tunnel Boring Machine head.

The compact booster can be placed next to, or flanged onto, the cylinder where you need it. And let's not forget you get the added benefit of compensating for pressure drop in long supply lines.
