Please note, this message is only being sent to persons who are an Admin of either a Parent or a Standalone account.
Having taken into consideration your feedback in regard to the invitbox shutdown period, we are extending the period through which you will be able to choose one of the options below through to 24th October, 2018.
UNTIL YOU GET AN EMAIL FROM INVITBOX SUPPORT WITH A SUBJECT LINE 'MIGRATION IS NOW OPEN', PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE INVITBOX AS NORMAL
When you get that email, included within it will be clear instructions as to what to do, and what will happen next. Rest assured, everyone will have plenty of time to take action between receiving that email, and the 24th October.
As a reminder, and as previously communicated, before Invitbox shuts down, you’ll want to ensure you retain access to your files. The options that we have made available to you are as follows:
- MIGRATE your files to Lightyear.cloud (and keep using Lightyear in the same way you have been using invitbox), or
- Use the Lightyear FILINGCABINET option (but not use Lightyear to process any further bills moving forward), or
- DOWNLOAD your invitbox files, and find another AP solution of your choice.

TIMELINE
In order to ensure a smooth transition experience, we will be making the above options available to certain cohorts through August and September, and as mentioned above we will be notifying you by email over the next number of weeks when the options will be available to you.
WHO CAN TAKE ACTION ON YOUR BEHALF?
It should be noted that only Admins of Parent or Standalone invitbox accounts will be able to trigger one of those 3 options. invitbox Child accounts will have an Admin of their Parent account choose an option on their behalf.
To determine whether your invitbox account is a Parent or Standalone, click here. And to determine if you are an Admin of that account, click here, but we have only sent this notice to Admins, so if you are reading it, you are an Admin of at least one invitbox account.
