This morning we received great news from the Minnesota Supreme Court. It denied the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's petition for review, meaning that the Court of Appeals decision invalidating the sprinkler mandate in 1 and 2-family homes stands, and is now the law throughout Minnesota.
