Creating 3D letters
Cgate 10mm Free Form PVC is cut to the shape of each letter using a router and LED lamps attached.
Letters can also be formed using a thin metal sheet with a 2mm bright white Cbond sheet slotted into the base. The light from the LED lamps is diffused by the Cbond panel.
