Latest Update...

Period 13th January - 20th January 2020

The reduced level dig has been completed with works now focussing on digging the pad foundations to support the steel frame of the building. Disruption caused by this will be of a similar level to the reduced level dig however, the excessively noisy works should be reduced over the next week.

The hoarding line has been successfully extended on to the Spine. The Spine remains open although please note the main entrance to FASS and the adjacent stairwell are now closed. This will impact on fire escape routes within the building so please ensure you familiarise yourself with the revised floor plans in the box below. Alternative routes are clearly signposted.

The canopy has been successfully disconnected from the FASS building in preparation of the demolition phase, starting in the next couple of weeks.

We strongly advise that the meeting rooms to the South West of the County South building should be avoided during the demolition phase of the project. We expect disruption levels to impact on this area.

Campus Developments

A University Campus takes a great amount of maintenance and investment to keep it looking its best, attracting staff and students to come to Lancaster. Our campus development video captures some of the major investment in estates development and gives an insight in to each project in a 3D animation.
