5:30 pm [Panel 1]: Which contract for which artistic performance?
There are many different types of contracts and forms of invoicing for the realisation of a paid artistic performance. What is the role of intermediators? And what are the consequences for your income, your social rights and your right to the artist statute?
6:15 pm [Panel 2]: Copyright/neighbouring rights: income or salary?
Although copyrights and neighbouring rights are considered movable income, there are many different opinions about and practices regarding the nature and treatment of these rights. What is done in case of disagreement?
The debate will be held on 17 June 2019, starting from 5:30 pm, at the Beursschouwburg and will be followed by a drink to which you are, of course, also warmly invited. The 2018 PlayList is online!
For each reference year, PlayRight provides its artists with the list of music works likely to generate rights on the Belgian territory. The society has just uploaded its PlayList for
the year 2018, via which any affiliated artist can declare his or her performances.
How does PlayRight calculate music rights? Using what kind of data? What are the deadlines to respect?

PlayRight supports the artists and launches its second call for projects of the year. You have until September 30th to submit a request for a support.
