From the Director’s Desk A special thank you to the many people who made Health Week interesting and engaging. A special thank you to Katie Zeytoonian, Zarrina Nurova, and Dr. Mike Rudisile from the US Embassy for their support for dental and eye care and for speaking about health careers. Mid-week we took a sunny walk through the park for our exercise focus day. Our day of digital fasting was a challenge, but most of us, students and staff alike, set aside our phones for the school day. This coming week, there are three Week without Walls trips happening for our Middle School and Secondary students. We look forward to hearing all about their experiences when they return to school on Monday, April 16. Safe travels! Our After School Activities for Middle School and Secondary students continue this third term. The Yearbook club is busy putting together a fabulous yearbook for us. Track and Field has started with 17 students signed up to practice. Ms. Smith will be starting a Book Club when she returns from Lebanon. Many of you have heard that Ms. Charlene Roberts broke her ankle in a fall this past week. She is off to Dubai for repair of the ankle, and we hope she can return soon to join us! All of us, staff and students, miss her. Please wish her well! PSG has a meeting this next week on April 10th. Please consider coming to this meeting to help plan for some fun events they have coming up soon. Thank you! Many more events are coming up, so please pay close attention to our event calendar found in this newsletter and on our website. Also, remember to check us out on Facebook!
