Women Lawyers Association of NSW
 

In conjunction with Women Lawyers Association NSW, NSW Young Lawyers is holding a sexual harassment bystander intervention training session for our members.

In the context of reports of sexual harassment in legal workplaces, the training will provide practical guidance on:

  • how to identify sexual harassment;
  • how to be an active bystander and intervene if you witness sexual harassment;
  • the benefits of bystander action for the bystander, survivor, perpetrator; and
  • culture of the workplace and profession.

The training will also cover complaint options for law students and lawyers who wish to report sexual harassment.
