MAMA hosts nation's best

The National Photography Prize is now open at MAMA. Supported by the MAMA Art Foundation, it enables some of the best photographic artists in Australia to be presented here in Albury.

Best mates in good hands

AlburyCity teams met some best mates at the East Albury off-leash area on Sunday as part of our work to help families on lower incomes look after their pets. Almost 100 pets were booked in for desexing while about 60 were microchipped so they can be safely returned home if they wander. We'll host another Keep Track of Your Best Mate day later this year. Watch this space for more information.

Getting ready to roll as skate park funding comes in

We're moving forward on detailed design for the proposed regional skate park in David Street, thanks to very welcome funding support from the NSW Government. The idea is to create a state-of-the art facility for our young people to hone their skills, keep fit and have fun.
