Twin Cities Residential Construction Slows in February

Residential construction numbers dipped to a twelve month low in February, with a month-over-month 17 percent decrease in the number of permits pulled compared to 2015. Single-family production dropped month over month by 18 percent.

Parade of Homes Online Traffic Grows!

Between 2012 and 2015, our annual website traffic increased from 172,000 to 302,000 unique visitors: a 76% increase! The results from the current tour show that we are following this trend with 10% increases year-over-year for the first two weeks of the tour.    

One More Week for Little Library Designs!

Help the BATC Young Professionals and SPAAR Community Engagement Committee build three Free Little Libraries from your designs.

The deadline for designs is March 11th!

The Designs - The libraries should be about 20-inches wide by 15-inches deep and 18-inches high and made from maintenance-free materials. We’re looking for a rendering/drawing, with or without specs. And, we’d love to see the plans reflect the location in some way.

The Prizes - We’ll be awarding prizes worth up to $100 including: Cities 97 Studio C Passes, Mall of America ride wristbands, Spirit Mountain lift tickets and more.
