New Product: AF-QCR - AF Series Delta 3 Collating Robot
 
The AF-QCR is a new product development from AFA Systems. The AF-QCR features an integrated vibratory bowl feeder and Delta 3 Pick and Place robot on one small footprint. This application featured two vision systems to check product conformity, a vibratory bowl feeder singulating vials, a labeller, and a Delta 3 Robot top loading the vials into a customer delivered tray. New Product Development: VL-ILC - Intermittent Motion Inline Vertical Cartoner
 
AFA Systems introduces the VL-ILC - Intermittent Motion Inline Vertical Cartoner. The VL-ILC's infeed system can accommodate up to three lanes of product. Loading funnels are used to funnel bags of product into cases or cartons. Typical applications include bags of wine, bags of syrup and others. The system also features a monoblock frame featuring case/carton erecting, case/carton bottom sealing, top loading and top sealing. View here.
