Winter TOU Hours Begin Oct. 1If you’re using one of our Time-of-Use (TOU) pricing plans, remember that our winter TOU hours begin October 1. From October to April, on-peak hours are from 6-9 a.m. and 6-9 p.m. Customers should shift their energy usage to off-peak hours and avoid using energy during on-peak hours to help reduce their energy bills.
