Transgender Men on Testosterone May Have More Anger, Small Study Suggests
A recent Journal of Sexual Medicine study suggests that testosterone therapy might be linked to increased anger in transgender men.
However, health experts caution that larger studies with longer durations are needed before firm conclusions can be made.
The study involved 52 transgender men who were assessed before starting hormone therapy and again after at least 7 months of treatment.
Researchers discovered that anger expression and anger control increased significantly from baseline to follow-up.
