Greater Des Moines continues to grow.
Here is a sampling of our recent economic development successes:
Microsoft will build its third data campus in West Des Moines. The project will be the largest data center deployment Microsoft has ever built in the United States. It is expected to result in a total capital investment between $1.5 and $2 billion.
Des Moines-based Holmes Murphy plans to lease a 94,000 square-foot build-to-suit office building in Waukee. The project is expected to create 17 jobs and result in a $1.8 million capital investment.
ePATHUSA, based in West Des Moines, is planning to relocate into a new office building to accommodate growth. The project is projected to have a capital investment of m $405,750.
The Cultivation Corridor has released its 2015 Annual Report. The Cultivation Corridor has collaborated with organizations throughout the region to help drive economic development, resulting in $563 million in capital investment and private-sector research and development and 673 jobs created or retained.
