They contain interviews with school contacts and employers and could be a useful tool for you to help explain the benchmarks to colleagues. The Careers & Enterprise Company has recently published a news item to offer clarification on interpreting the Gatsby Benchmarks for students in special schools and Pupil Referral Units. On 27th February they are running a special livestream for all schools featuring construction industry careers. UniTasterDaysThis is an excellent resource for locating events to inspire students about Higher Education and to help you achieve Gatsby Benchmark 7. Cambridge Science Centre Although they are based in Cambridge, this organisation will come out to schools in our region to put on interactive shows and workshops suitable for all Key Stages. Many of the activities relate science directly to the world of work, contributing to Gatsby Benchmark 4, Careers in the Curriculum.
