Organizational health is neither sexy nor quantifiable, however, improved health will not only create a competitive advantage and better bottom line, it will boost morale.
Too many leaders are limiting their search for a competitive advantage to conventional and largely exhausted areas like marketing, strategy, and technology, but there is an untapped gold mine sitting right beneath you.
Join us to hear from Mike Williams, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Services at Encana on the value of culture in going further, faster.

Join us for dialogue on working together as a business community with a government in transition.

Understanding our members, one stop at a time
To help our members to become more successful and to find out what really keeps them up at night, you Calgary Chamber started the Member Bus Tour in 2014. The idea is simple, load up a bunch of “Chamberinos” on to a bus and head out on a city-wide tour to visit a cross section of our membership.
This year we split the tour across two days and divided the team into two groups, so that each day had a Chamber representative from each department in attendance. Day 1 of the 2015 Tours happened on May 20, 2015 and we were blown away by the unique stories and challenges each of our members shared.
Read more about the stories we uncovered on Day 1 of the bus tour.
