Aussie Superbike star, Glenn Allerton who made the trip from the previous days Queensland ASBK round said, “The event was really enjoyable and it was good to give something back to the younger guys who are coming through.” “You can see how hungry the juniors are and there’s definitely a lot of talent there. I really enjoyed the day and it was a lot of fun with ‘Richo’ and Lowndsy on the track, overall a really great day and hopefully they can put on more events like these in the future,” Mr Allerton said. Two times Bathurst 1000 winner Steve Richards also showed his support for the event and motoDNA’s approach to track and classroom coaching sessions. “I think this motoDNA program is fantastic. Every young person in whatever sport they do needs a bit of a periscope to see where the sport goes,
so any programs can be put upfront for young riders or drivers can only help their development to potentially get the best people involved in the sport,” Mr Richards said. Casey Stoner and Will Davison also attended, hanging out in the pits enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.

A rookie track day riders experience...
Understanding the limits of your motorcycle is paramount to survival on the road. motoDNA's track program provides a safe environment to explore those limits in a controlled and structured fashion. Track day rookie Ryan O'Dwyer said: "What a great day, given that was my first track day, I couldn’t have done it with a better group of people. The tips and coaching gave me a nice insight into my riding, so invaluable, I’ve since left the speed at the track and came home with an education".
