Reunion Calendar

Are you an alumnus of Edmonds School District high schools? Be sure to visit our Alumni Reunion Calendar to see if your class has a reunion scheduled. Basic event information will be posted and a link to your event’s website or registration page will be included.

Planning a reunion or part of a planning committee? You can easily add your event to our calendar. Go to our “Add a Reunion Event” page and complete the form. It will be submitted for content review and, when approved, your class reunion will be added to the calendar. MTHS Student Recognized as ‘Washington Scholar’

The state’s Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) recently recognized Haeley Johnston, a senior at Mountlake Terrace High, as a Washington Scholar in Career and Technical Education (CTE). As one of five students selected statewide, Haeley will go on to represent our state in the U.S. Presidential Scholars in CTE award. This is the first year that CTE students are being recognized in this prestigious program which celebrates some of the most outstanding high school students in the country. Congratulations, Haeley, who is also currently serving as the president of the Washington State Chapter of the Technology Student Association!

Cheer Teams Shine at State Competition
Congratulations to the cheer team from Meadowdale High School, which took first place for the 2A/3A/4A Non-Tumbling, Large division at the State Competition in January. Other strong showings included the cheer team from Mountlake Terrace High School, which placed third in the 2A/3A/4A Non-Tumbling, Medium division, and Lynnwood High School’s cheer team, which placed sixth in the 2B/1A/2A/3A/4A Non-Tumbling, Small division. Girls Varsity Basketball Teams Finish Another Successful Season
Congratulations to the Lynnwood High School Girls Basketball team that recently finished third place at the State 3A Hardwood Classic. Read more about their successful tournament experience in Lynnwood Today. Their appearance at state capped a successful year that also included Washington State’s Gatorade Player of the Year and Herald Player of the Year honors for senior Mikayla Pivec.

The Edmonds-Woodway High School girls’ basketball team also enjoyed a great season, complete with an appearance at the 3A State tournament where they finished sixth. Read more about their success in My Edmonds News.

District Wrestlers Have Strong Showing at State
The Edmonds-Woodway wrestling team ended the season with a fourth place finish at State. Many other individual wrestlers from the district also had strong showings at the state tournament. Civic Field Sold to the City of Edmonds
The Edmonds School District recently completed the sale of Civic Field to the City of Edmonds. Athletic teams in the district will still continue to use the sports field. Learn more about the sale and the city’s plans for the area.
