Dr Monica Kerr EventsCommunication and ‘win-win’ skills as an HDRIn this workshop, Jane Turner-Goldsmith looks at the skills of communication – speaking, writing, emailing, presenting and listening (the last a much under-valued communication skill!). In this workshop, Dr Joe Milton from the Australian Science Media Centre will explore how scientists can get the most out of working with the mainstream media. Clinical Research: Establishing Investigator Initiated TrialsIf your career is in the health industry, it is likely to be influenced by Clinical Research – whether as part of your course or in your next job, understanding clinical research will be key.
