Live Demo: MK-SML - Servo Series Manual Load Cartoner
Check out a live demo on the MK-SML. The live demo outlines all the different features that the MK-SML offers to make the end user's production lines more efficient. The live demo goes through our HMI screens; demonstrating the flexibility of our manual load cartoners. Maintenance technicians have access to all the components on the cartoner to easily set-up new sizes, troubleshoot problems, and complete quick changeovers. For this application, the MK-SML was designed to run both straight tuck and reverse tuck cartons. The servo rotary feeder was also designed to handle cut-outs on the carton for end-users to improve their marketing flexibility.
Live Demo: CS-TOP - Vertical Carton Sealer
The live demo on the CS-TOP is now up on our video system. The live demo demonstrates the servo starwheel 90-degree turner that works directly inline with the machine. The CS-TOP also completes tri-seal closures inline, which reduces the systems' overall footprint. The live demo shows AFA's world-class all servo changeover. The CS-TOP can complete a changeover in less than one (1) minute. The CS-TOP features an Allen Bradley CompactLogix Controller and a Festo pneumatic system.
Product Feature: CS-TOP - Vertical Carton Top Sealer
The CS-TOP - Vertical Carton Top Sealer has been updated to run tuck cartons. For this application, the CS-TOP employs a small footprint to integrate with an upstream conveying system seamlessly. The system featured AFA's carton tucking technology that folds, inserts, tucks, and locks. This tuck mechanism ensures quality tucks are achieved. The trailing minor kicker utilizes servo technology to provide gentle closing that limits carton marking and ensures consistency. The CS-TOP features an Allen Bradley CompactLogix control system.
