Since late 2015 Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have been in labour talks, and on July 2, 2016 we could be facing a labour disruption. 

Canada Post will not operate in the event of a full labour disruption. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. 

While there is still time for them to reach agreement, your business should be aware and take precautions. Canada Post has provided an outline of the dates you should send items on or before to ensure delivery prior to the possible service disruption,

When new digital iniatives fail, it's usually not because the technology didn’t work (although this can sometimes be the case), but because the changes required at an organizational and employee level weren’t managed effectively.

One tool that can help with that is the benefits dependency network (BDN). This tool gets managers to identify and map all the changes that they will be required to make if expected benefits and outcomes are going to be delivered. The resulting network shows how each of the expected benefits will be delivered through a combination of technology and business changes, and how these are related to each other.
