Q: Is it worth investing in improvements to the exterior of the house?

A: Curb appeal is critical, but you want to be careful of over investing for the particular neighborhood. Professional landscaping typically adds value and is cheaper than brick or exterior painting/siding upgrades. Look at recent home sales in your area and compare your home to those. If there is a high degree of competition in your immediate neighborhood, investing in improvements may be necessary to sell your home faster.

Q: What are some cost-effective tips to enhance the interior of the home?
