Dear Region IV:

Greetings from the Region IV Team!

With health and safety as top priority for us all these days, we are announcing we will no longer host an in-person 2020 Region IV Conference, which was scheduled for October 2020 in Coralville, Iowa.  We are sad we will not be able to meet in person as a Region this year, but we hope you will still be able to join us virtually during the same time period!

Our team is moving forward with plans to for a virtual conference taking place between Tuesday, October 27 and Thursday, October 29.  We will share more details on the virtual conference concept soon.

What we can say, is this event will be open to all NAFSA members/friends of Region IV and we encourage you to submit a session proposal on the NAFSA Region IV webpage today! 

• Proposals for the virtual conference will remain open until July 15, 2020. 
• Registration for the virtual conference will open late summer 2020.

Get excited for the NAFSA Region IV Conference… “Virtually everyone will be there!”

Before we go, we want to take a moment to thank our proposal submitters, exhibitors, and volunteers for their contributions and support of the conference up to this point, and for their understanding. If you submitted a proposal or purchased a booth/sponsorship, you’ll receive a separate communication from our team.

We also want to thank YOU as a member of this regional family. We believe in the strength of our NAFSA regional community and are inspired to adapt and meet the needs of our region during this unprecedented period. Our regional leadership team  remains committed to connecting with our community and supporting our region and our field.
