What's in the public domain in 2020? Ever year we update the Public Domain Guide on our Make It Digital digitisation guidance. This document provides advice on what is in and out of copyright as of 1 January 2020—across a wide variety of formats. Please check it out if you are wrestling with a copyright conundrum.
