The campaign has been wide spread including the NZ Herald & regional newspapers, Grab One, billboards & radio stations over the summer months. SLSNZ Sunscreen Update by Supplier "Our manufacturer has conducted further assessments and advised the sunscreen is produced in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines. Notwithstanding, as a precautionary measure based on the Consumer NZ testing, retailers were supplied with a notice to display on shelf advising their customers of the status. In addition to this, a sticker will be placed on all remaining stock from that batch informing of the SPF50 & Broad Spectrum 40 status. Furthermore, steps are being taken at this time to accelerate our 2020 programme to introduce a new and improved SPF50+ formula that is also marine friendly." Kate Feek, Zenith Distribution.
