NCCRED Round 3 Seed Funding Grants Deadline Extended 

Round 3 Grant Applications are now open & Deadline has been Extended!

NCCRED is releasing Grants to fund innovative Clinical Research for the treatment of substance use disorder due to methamphetamine or emerging drugs of concern. 

$500,000 is available in Round 3 of funding! Applications close on 15th August.

Applications open:  15 May 19

Applications close: 15 Aug 19

Applications reviewed: 04 Sep 19

NCCRED Board awards funding: 26 Sep 19

Applicants are notified of results: 1 Oct 19

Final study report due to NCCRED: 1 Apr 2021

Funding

Funding will provide financial support as a seed-funding grant to establish investigator-initiated research. 

Grant applications will be reviewed by the independent NCCRED Methamphetamine and Emerging Drugs Working Group and presented to the NCCRED Board for support of funding. Workforce Development Strategy ​Call for Submissions

NCCRED has engaged the National Centre for Education and Training on Addiction (NCETA) to develop a Workforce Development (WFD) strategy to provide a blueprint to enhance WFD among clinical researchers. Written submissions are invited to inform the development of the Strategy.
