Although our plans to celebrate our 20th anniversary this year are now on hold, our commitment to the artists and communities we serve continues. At a time of considerable change and uncertainty for everyone, providing opportunities for artists to devise and produce new work is more important to our culture and society than it has ever been. Cove Park's Founders, Eileen and Peter Jacobs, have written in support of our invitation to ask you to join us and help to secure our future by becoming a Supporter, Friend our Patron in 2020: 'We founded Cove Park with the aim of supporting outstanding artists from all backgrounds at a critical and exciting point in their careers, providing genuine and supportive opportunities to develop new work through a unique international residency programme in Scotland. We have now welcomed over 2000 artists, companies and organisations to Cove Park and we are thrilled by the progress made in a relatively short period of time. We know we can achieve much more and continue to benefit artists and audiences near and far. Given the devastating impact this crisis is having upon so many artists and cultural organisations, we believe Cove Park's work is crucially important. If you can, please support Cove Park in our 20th anniversary year and help us to secure the next 20 years of this unique and very special place.' Details of how you can support our work and help us to create new opportunities for national and international artists are given below. Thank you. We offer a number of ways individuals and groups can support our work and take part in our programme: meeting the artists we work with, taking part in events - such as readings, artist talks, screenings, summer dinners and studio tours - and spending time at one of Scotland’s most beautiful and inspiring locations. As we begin to emerge from lockdown, we will continue to offer various ways our supporters can take part and meet the artists we are working with, such as zoom talks, workshops and digital projects. Alternatively, any donation you can make at this time, large or small, will make an enormous difference to our work. Details on how to do this are available here. Thank you. We look forward to welcoming you to Cove Park in the future.
